How to opt out of Wiza

Open the contact info opt-out
Start at wiza.co/optout-contact-info. This removes your contact information from the records Wiza uses for sales and marketing.

Enter every way you can be reached
Give both your work and private email addresses and any phone number you have now or used before, so Wiza can match you.

Confirm by email
Wiza's help center says to check your inbox and confirm the opt-out. The request isn't complete until you do.

Remove your directory profile
Submit the separate directory removal request. Wiza says the contact form does not remove your public directory profile.
Watch out for
- Wiza says the opt-out only covers Wiza. Your data can stay in Google results until you file a separate request with Google.
- Wiza's help center asks for up to 30 days for the contact opt-out and cites up to 72 hours for the directory.
- You can also write to optout@wiza.com, which Wiza's privacy policy names for access, deletion and opt-out requests.

Does it come back?
Wiza doesn't publish a relisting policy. Search your name on Wiza's directory every few months and file again if a profile appears.
Your rights
Wiza's privacy policy lists rights to access, correct or delete your data, plus an opt-out of sale or targeted advertising, and says a denied appeal can go to your state attorney general. Wiza is on the California data broker registry.
