How to opt out of The Bridge Corp
- 1
Open the opt-out page
Go to thebridgecorp.com/opt-out. BRIDGE says you need to give your email address to opt out of its services.
- 2
Use the other links if you want a record deleted
BRIDGE's privacy center has separate links to access, delete or correct your data, to limit sensitive personal information (California), and to file as an authorized agent.
- 3
Reset your phone's advertising ID
The opt-out page tells iPhone users to go to Settings, Privacy, Advertising, Reset Advertising Identifier. On Android it's Settings, Google Settings, Ads, Reset Advertising ID.
- 4
Turn on Global Privacy Control
BRIDGE says it honors GPC opt-out signals, so a browser or extension that sends one covers that browser automatically.
- 5
Call or write if the form fails
The page lists (212) 991-5633, open Monday to Friday 9 am to 6 pm. privacy@thebridgecorp.com is the contact in its California registry entry.
Watch out for
- Resetting your advertising ID only reduces interest-based ads. BRIDGE says you may get the same number of ads, just less relevant ones.
- BRIDGE's AppChoices link covers some of its advertising partners, in its words "some (not all)" of them.

Your rights
BRIDGE says it is a registered data broker in California, Oregon, Texas and Vermont. Its California entry reports 23 opt-out requests in 2024, all completed, with a median response of 1 day.
California: CCPA. If you live in California, the CCPA lets you ask a business to delete the personal information it holds about you and to stop selling or sharing it. Businesses generally have 45 days to respond.
California: the Delete Act. Data brokers that hold information on Californians must register with the state. California residents can use DROP, the state's Delete Request and Opt-out Platform, to send one deletion request to every registered broker at once.
Other US states. Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Oregon and a growing list of other states give residents a similar right to delete. Vermont, Texas and Oregon also make data brokers register with the state. Where no state law applies, the broker's own opt-out above still works for most people.
