Also known as ListsOnline.com, Inc.
ListsOnline now trades as Everleads, and one request covers both names. Use the opt-out link in the Everleads privacy policy, or call 800-734-2275. Everleads removes you from its database and keeps a suppression record so you aren't added again.

How to opt out of listsOnline
- 1
Open the Everleads privacy policy
Go to the Everleads privacy policy and scroll to the section on opting out and deleting your information.
- 2
Use the opt-out link
Click it. Prefer the phone? The same section lists 800-734-2275.
- 3
Ask for deletion as well
The policy handles an opt-out and a deletion request the same way, and your details then go onto a suppression file that stops you being added again.
- 4
Send one request per spelling
Include any other name or email you use.
Watch out for
- Everleads is a trade name of ListsOnline.com, Inc. The company also does business as Internet Directory Publishers and Stanford Direct, and the policy covers each name.
- Most of the data describes business contacts, so expect work emails and job titles.
- The suppression file keeps your details on purpose: Everleads says it holds them to stop your information being reintroduced into its marketing databases.

Does it come back?
Everleads says it keeps a suppression file of every opt-out and deletion request, so the information isn't added to its marketing database again. Nothing more is published on relisting.
Your rights
California: CCPA. If you live in California, the CCPA lets you ask a business to delete the personal information it holds about you and to stop selling or sharing it. Businesses generally have 45 days to respond.
California: the Delete Act. Data brokers that hold information on Californians must register with the state. California residents can use DROP, the state's Delete Request and Opt-out Platform, to send one deletion request to every registered broker at once.
Other US states. Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Oregon and a growing list of other states give residents a similar right to delete. Vermont, Texas and Oregon also make data brokers register with the state. Where no state law applies, the broker's own opt-out above still works for most people.
