How to opt out of Anteriad
- 1
Open the privacy portal
Go to anteriad.com/privacy-portal. Anteriad says the form is used only to remove information about you from its data records.
- 2
Choose opt-out or deletion
The policy treats them as separate: opting out covers collection, use and sale of your data, while deletion asks Anteriad to delete what it collected and to tell recipients to delete it too.
- 3
Or use another channel
Call 1-877-338-4185, email privacy@anteriad.com, or write to Attn: Privacy Manager, Anteriad, LLC, 441 Lexington Avenue, Suite 1404, New York, NY 10017.
- 4
Verify if asked
Anteriad may ask you to confirm what you submitted before it acts on the request.
- 5
Handle ad opt-outs separately
Hashed email opt-outs go through the Network Advertising Initiative portal, and mobile ad targeting needs a device advertising ID.
Watch out for
- Anteriad is a business-to-business provider and says it doesn't collect information directly from consumers.
- Browser opt-outs are tied to one browser or device, so repeat them after clearing cookies or switching.
- Deletion can be limited. Where the law lets Anteriad keep data, for example for security incidents or fraud investigations, it can.

Does it come back?
Anteriad doesn't publish a relisting policy. It does say browser opt-outs are tied to one device.
Your rights
Anteriad is registered as a data broker in California. Its 2024 filing reports a 2-day response time to delete requests.
California: CCPA. If you live in California, the CCPA lets you ask a business to delete the personal information it holds about you and to stop selling or sharing it. Businesses generally have 45 days to respond.
California: the Delete Act. Data brokers that hold information on Californians must register with the state. California residents can use DROP, the state's Delete Request and Opt-out Platform, to send one deletion request to every registered broker at once.
Other US states. Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Oregon and a growing list of other states give residents a similar right to delete. Vermont, Texas and Oregon also make data brokers register with the state. Where no state law applies, the broker's own opt-out above still works for most people.
United Kingdom: UK GDPR. You can ask any company to erase your personal data and to stop using it for direct marketing. It has one month to respond. If it doesn't, you can complain to the ICO.
Australia: Privacy Act. You can tell a company to stop using your information for direct marketing and ask it to correct what it holds. If it doesn't act, you can complain to the OAIC.
European Union: GDPR. You have the right to have your personal data erased and to object to its use for direct marketing. Companies must respond within one month, and you can complain to your national data protection authority if they don't.
