How to opt out of Adttribution

- 2
Use the opt-out links
The footer lists Opt-out and Do not sell my personal info under Quick Links. Start with the Do not sell link and follow the options it shows.
- 3
Read the privacy policy
Adttribution's privacy policy describes the opt-out choices and the contact details for requests.

The policy points to the iOS Limit Ad Tracking setting and the Android Opt out of Ads Personalization setting. These limit the advertising ID that audience data builds on.
Watch out for
- Adttribution's California registry entry says it collects precise geolocation.
- Adttribution's policy says objections about data from partners go to your mobile operator or other data partners.
- Adttribution says it handles data under GDPR and CCPA rules.
Does it come back?
Adttribution doesn't publish a relisting policy. Because audience data follows your advertising ID and cookies, resetting your phone's ad settings from time to time limits what it can match.
Your rights
California: CCPA. If you live in California, the CCPA lets you ask a business to delete the personal information it holds about you and to stop selling or sharing it. Businesses generally have 45 days to respond.
California: the Delete Act. Data brokers that hold information on Californians must register with the state. California residents can use DROP, the state's Delete Request and Opt-out Platform, to send one deletion request to every registered broker at once.
Other US states. Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Oregon and a growing list of other states give residents a similar right to delete. Vermont, Texas and Oregon also make data brokers register with the state. Where no state law applies, the broker's own opt-out above still works for most people.
