How to opt out of Fraiser

  1. 1

    Start at fraiser.org

Fraiser's California registry entry names fraiser.org as the site that explains how to exercise your privacy rights.

  2. 2

    Email the privacy contact

Write to privacy@fraiser.org, the contact address in the same entry. Give your full name and the address or email Fraiser would have on file, and say whether you want to opt out of sale and sharing or have your data deleted.

  3. 3

Call if the email goes unanswered

The registry lists 833-510-1503 as Fraiser's phone number.

  4. 4

    Give it a month

Fraiser's 2024 averages were 24 days for opt-outs and 22 for deletions, so write again only after about a month.

Watch out for

  • Fraiser's filing says it takes about three weeks, not days, to act on a request. Plan for that gap.
  • The registry lists a postal address at 200 Spectrum Center Dr in Irvine for Fraiser LLC, which can matter if you need a written record.

Does it come back?

Fraiser doesn't publish a relisting policy. Because data brokers refresh from new sources, a new email or address can bring you back.

Your rights

Fraiser is on the California data broker registry. California residents can ask it to delete their data or stop selling and sharing it.

California: CCPA. If you live in California, the CCPA lets you ask a business to delete the personal information it holds about you and to stop selling or sharing it. Businesses generally have 45 days to respond.

California: the Delete Act. Data brokers that hold information on Californians must register with the state. California residents can use DROP, the state's Delete Request and Opt-out Platform, to send one deletion request to every registered broker at once.

Other US states. Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Oregon and a growing list of other states give residents a similar right to delete. Vermont, Texas and Oregon also make data brokers register with the state. Where no state law applies, the broker's own opt-out above still works for most people.
