How to opt out of FindThatLead

  1. 1

    Email your request

Send it to support@findthatlead.com and say whether you want the data deleted, corrected or just disclosed. Include the email address and name the profile is listed under.

  2. 2

Add ID if you're using the GDPR route

The privacy policy asks for a signed request form with identity documents, and points to Spanish Data Protection Agency templates.

  3. 3

    Company profiles

For business profiles, the help page links an opt-out form, and the terms give info@findthatlead.com for removing company information.

  4. 4

    Recheck later

Search for your email address in a few weeks.

Watch out for

  • FindThatLead's own help page warns deleted data can come back, since it may be collected from the web or from partners again.
  • The sources name three addresses: support@findthatlead.com for rights requests, info@findthatlead.com for company information and dpo@findthatlead.com for the data protection officer. The help page is the one that gives deadlines.
  • The identity-document request in the privacy policy is a heavier route than a plain email. Start with the email.
