How to opt out of Canada Company Registry
- 1
Find your company's page
Search the company on canadacompanyregistry.com and note the page address.
- 2
Open the Contact us page
Go to the Contact us page and follow the link to the data request page. The site says using it gives faster processing.
- 3
Ask to delete the data or hide the address
Name the company. Say whether you want the listing's data deleted or only the address hidden.
Watch out for
- The site is separate from Corporations Canada. A request here changes only what this directory shows, and the official federal record stays as it is.
- Each listing carries director information and the office address, taken from public corporate filings.
