How to remove yourself from CACI
CACI's privacy policy tells you to contact its Compliance Team to stop it using your personal data: compliance@caci.co.uk, 020 7605 7077, or by post to CACI House, Kensington Village, Avonmore Road, London W14 8TS. The policy points to its Consumer Hub for opt-out details.
On average, Serus sends about 184 removal requests per person, 89% of them to data brokers, so expect CACI to be one of many.

CACI doesn't say how long removal takes. Under California law, a business has 45 days to act on a deletion request (15 business days for an opt-out of sale).
How to opt out of CACI
- 1
Contact the Compliance Team
Email compliance@caci.co.uk, call 020 7605 7077 or write to Compliance Team, CACI Limited, CACI House, Kensington Village, Avonmore Road, London W14 8TS. The policy says this team handles requests about its processing of personal data.
- 2
Say what you want
Ask CACI to stop using your personal data for marketing. Include your name and address as they'd appear on the Open Electoral Register or a marketing list.
- 3
Look at the Consumer Hub
The privacy policy refers to a Consumer Hub for opt-out instructions, including how to stop app providers tracking your movement, which differs on Apple and Android.
- 4
Deal with the sources too
CACI says its name and address data comes from the Open Electoral Register and from marketing data providers who collected it through competitions and interest clubs.
Watch out for
- CACI is a marketing and data analytics company, and its policy says some of the data it uses is built from the area where you live rather than from you personally.
- If you only want to leave CACI's own marketing emails or contact lists, its other privacy page says you can use the opt-out link in its emails or its deletion form for its CRM databases.
- The Open Electoral Register and marketing providers feed it. Opting out at CACI doesn't remove you from those.

Does it come back?
CACI doesn't publish a relisting policy that is in its public pages. It says name and address data comes from the Open Electoral Register, which only includes people who haven't opted out of it, and from marketing data providers, so those sources can supply your details again.
Your rights
