Open the Do Not Sell or Share page
It's on morningstar.com and is for United States users only. Click the Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information link on it.

Or switch on Global Privacy Control
If your browser sends the GPC signal, Morningstar says it opts that browser or device out of the cookies that count as sale, sharing or targeted advertising.

The opt-out covers one browser or device. Another browser needs its own opt-out or GPC.

Email PitchBook separately
PitchBook, a Morningstar affiliate, has sold names, contact details and job titles of owners of private companies. Email donotsell@pitchbook.com with the subject "Do Not Sell My Personal Information", your full name and your US state.
