- 1
Open the privacy choices page
Fideo's California registry entry points to app.fideo.ai/your-privacy-choices as the place to exercise your privacy rights.
- 2
Pick the request you want
Fideo reports handling three kinds of California requests: delete, opt out of sale or sharing, and know what it holds.
- 3
Or write to the privacy contact
Email dpo@fideo.ai, the address in its registry entry. Name the right you're using and give the details it needs to match you, such as your full name and the address or email it might hold.
Watch out for
- Fideo is a business-to-business company. There's no public search page where you can look yourself up and copy a listing URL.
- Its registry entry says it collects government-issued ID numbers, so expect it to want enough detail to match your record before it acts.

Does it come back?
Fideo doesn't publish a relisting policy. Its data comes from public records and third-party providers, so a deletion can be undone if those sources supply your details again.
Your rights
Fideo is on the California data broker registry, so California residents have CCPA rights to delete, to know and to opt out of sale or sharing. Fideo reports that it complied with all of the 5,125 delete requests it received in 2024.
California: CCPA. If you live in California, the CCPA lets you ask a business to delete the personal information it holds about you and to stop selling or sharing it. Businesses generally have 45 days to respond.
California: the Delete Act. Data brokers that hold information on Californians must register with the state. California residents can use DROP, the state's Delete Request and Opt-out Platform, to send one deletion request to every registered broker at once.
Other US states. Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Oregon and a growing list of other states give residents a similar right to delete. Vermont, Texas and Oregon also make data brokers register with the state. Where no state law applies, the broker's own opt-out above still works for most people.
