How to remove yourself from Cuebiq
Cuebiq doesn't have a profile page you can look up. It holds location data tied to your phone's advertising ID. To get out, use the request form on cuebiq.com/privacy-request to opt out, or to ask for access or deletion. privacy@cuebiq.com is the contact address.

How to opt out of Cuebiq
- 1
Open the privacy request page
Go to cuebiq.com/privacy-request. The page says you can ask Cuebiq to opt you out of data collection, show you the personal information it holds, or delete it.
- 2
Pick the right request
Opt-out stops further collection. Deletion removes what Cuebiq already has. If you want both, ask for both.
- 3
Use the request form linked on that page
The request form is linked from the page itself. Fill it in with the details it asks for.
- 4
Email if the form fails
Cuebiq's privacy policy lists privacy@cuebiq.com as the contact address for privacy questions, so write there and state clearly which request you're making.
- 5
Turn off the source on your phone
Cuebiq's data comes from apps that share location with it. Resetting or deleting your phone's advertising ID, and switching off location access for apps that don't need it, cuts off new data. It does not delete the old data.
Watch out for
- Cuebiq identifies devices by mobile advertising ID, not by your name, so a form request can only match what you give it about your device or contact details.
- Cuebiq says it also receives data from consumer data resellers and business partners, so the apps on your phone aren't the only source.
- Its privacy policy was updated on August 21, 2026, so older instructions elsewhere may be out of date.

Does it come back?
Cuebiq doesn't publish anything on whether data returns after an opt-out. Because collection runs through apps that share location data, an app you install later, or a new advertising ID, can start a new stream.
Your rights
Cuebiq says on its request page that you have the right to opt out of its data collection and to request access to or deletion of your personal information. Its policy describes controls for California, the UK and the EU.

Frequently asked
What does Cuebiq collect about me?
Per its privacy policy: advertising IDs, IP address, and GPS-level or WiFi location data from phones where an app has location permission, plus dwell time near places and movement data like altitude and acceleration.
Can I find my record on Cuebiq's site?
No. It sells location analytics to companies, and there's no public search. The only route is a privacy request.
Does Cuebiq sell my data?
Its request page is headed Opt-Out/Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information, and its policy lists the categories it collected, sold or shared in the past 12 months, including identifiers and geolocation data.
Does it matter which phone apps I use?
Yes. Cuebiq says its location data arrives through apps that use its software or send data to it directly, so the location permissions you grant to apps are where it starts.
