How to remove yourself from Tinuiti
Tinuiti's do-not-sell page has one field: your email address. Submitting it stops Tinuiti sharing your information with partners or sponsors of events, content or webinars you registered for. It doesn't unsubscribe you from Tinuiti's newsletters.

How to opt out of Tinuiti
- 1
Open the do-not-sell page
- 2
Enter the email address you gave Tinuiti
That's the only field on the page. Use the address you registered with for an event, a piece of content or a webinar.
- 3
Unsubscribe separately if you want fewer emails
The opt-out leaves your place on Tinuiti's mailing list alone. Newsletters and event invites keep coming until you unsubscribe.
Watch out for
- Tinuiti says it doesn't "sell" data in the usual sense. Under the CCPA, sharing information for marketing can count as a sale even with no money changing hands, and that's what this opt-out stops.
- After you opt out you may stop getting offers or follow-up content from partners of events and webinars you registered for, unless you're subscribed to them separately.

Your rights
California: CCPA. If you live in California, the CCPA lets you ask a business to delete the personal information it holds about you and to stop selling or sharing it. Businesses generally have 45 days to respond.
California: the Delete Act. Data brokers that hold information on Californians must register with the state. California residents can use DROP, the state's Delete Request and Opt-out Platform, to send one deletion request to every registered broker at once.
Other US states. Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Oregon and a growing list of other states give residents a similar right to delete. Vermont, Texas and Oregon also make data brokers register with the state. Where no state law applies, the broker's own opt-out above still works for most people.
