How to opt out of SimioCloud
- 1
Skip this if you're on a do-not-contact list
SimioCloud screens against the DMAChoice preference files and the FTC Do-Not-Call Registry. If you're on those lists, or a state registry, you don't need to opt out for prospecting.

- 3
Don't email it
SimioCloud says privacy choices sent by email will not be processed.
Watch out for
- SimioCloud says it doesn't collect data from you directly. It licenses it from clients and other data brokers, plus phone companies, so you may never have known it held a record.
- Its policy treats a correction request as a deletion request.
- The opt-out covers SimioCloud's own database. Data it already licensed to clients isn't addressed on the page.

Your rights
Simio Cloud, LLC is on the California data broker registry, and its policy sets out CCPA rights to know, delete, correct, and stop the sale of your data.
California: CCPA. If you live in California, the CCPA lets you ask a business to delete the personal information it holds about you and to stop selling or sharing it. Businesses generally have 45 days to respond.
California: the Delete Act. Data brokers that hold information on Californians must register with the state. California residents can use DROP, the state's Delete Request and Opt-out Platform, to send one deletion request to every registered broker at once.
Other US states. Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Oregon and a growing list of other states give residents a similar right to delete. Vermont, Texas and Oregon also make data brokers register with the state. Where no state law applies, the broker's own opt-out above still works for most people.
