Open the group's opt-out page
Go to the opt-out page listed in the California registry for BeenVerified, LLC, the company that registers bumper.com.
- 2
Submit your request
Follow the form's prompts to send the request. It's the page the registry gives as the place to exercise California privacy rights, and it is the same page for each of the group's sites.
- 3
Send a follow-up if nothing happens
Email the registered privacy contact, privacy@ltvco.com, and say which site you asked about and when you submitted the request.
Watch out for
- Bumper shares an opt-out page with the other sites in the BeenVerified group, so check each one you appear on instead of assuming one request covers them all.
- The registry's response times are group-wide figures, not Bumper's own.

Your rights
BeenVerified, LLC appears in the California data broker registry. California residents can ask data brokers to delete their data and to stop selling it, and the group's registry entry reports a median of 3 days to respond to deletion requests in 2024.
California: CCPA. If you live in California, the CCPA lets you ask a business to delete the personal information it holds about you and to stop selling or sharing it. Businesses generally have 45 days to respond.
California: the Delete Act. Data brokers that hold information on Californians must register with the state. California residents can use DROP, the state's Delete Request and Opt-out Platform, to send one deletion request to every registered broker at once.
Other US states. Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Oregon and a growing list of other states give residents a similar right to delete. Vermont, Texas and Oregon also make data brokers register with the state. Where no state law applies, the broker's own opt-out above still works for most people.
