- Deleting your information can mean losing order history, saved lists and any rewards tied to the account. Save receipts and invoices you need first.
What stays out there
A deletion request ends Home Depot's own record of you. Order data that reached other companies stays where it is, and your name, address and phone number can still appear on data brokers and people-search sites, which collect from many sources besides retailers.
Serus finds where your details are listed and removes them, and keeps watching so they don't come back.
