Step by step

  1. 1

    Open NCSA's Contact page

Go to ncsasports.org/contact-us-address. This is NCSA's own contact page.

  2. 2

    Select "Delete Your NCSA Profile"

The Contact page lists a link called "Delete Your NCSA Profile". Select it to start your deletion request.

  3. 3

Send the request and keep a copy

Complete the request the page gives you. Take a screenshot or save any confirmation you get, so you can follow up if your profile is still live later.

Watch out for

  • Deactivating and deleting aren't always the same thing. Ask NCSA which one your request does.
  • A profile link you already shared, or a profile a coach already saved, may still exist outside NCSA's site.
  • Parents and athletes often have separate logins. If both of you registered, each account needs its own request.
  • Deleting your profile doesn't cancel anything you bought. Check your account and billing separately.

Other ways to do it

  1. 1

    By phone

The Contact page also lists NCSA's support number, (877) 845-6272. Ask support to delete your recruiting profile.

What stays out there

Deleting your NCSA profile stops new data going into it. It doesn't reach copies that other companies already hold. A recruiting profile usually shows a name, high school, graduation year, hometown and sometimes a photo, and people-search sites and data brokers can pick that up and keep it after the original is gone.

Search your name plus your high school. If an old profile or a people-search listing still shows up, that listing needs its own removal. Serus finds where your details are listed and removes them. For the manual route, start with our data broker opt-out guides.

Frequently asked

Can I delete my NCSA account myself inside the app or website?

NCSA's Contact page lists a "Delete Your NCSA Profile" link, so the request starts there. Check your account settings too, in case your version offers something different.

How do I contact NCSA about deleting a profile?

Use the "Delete Your NCSA Profile" link on [NCSA's Contact page](https://www.ncsasports.org/contact-us-address), or call (877) 845-6272.

Will deleting my NCSA profile remove me from Google?

Not right away. Search engines update on their own schedule, and other sites may have copied your details. Search your name and school after a few weeks.

Does NCSA share my information with others?

NCSA's [Terms and Conditions](https://www.ncsasports.org/terms-and-conditions-of-use) say account content may be shared with third parties as set out in the Terms and its Privacy Policy. Read both before you submit anything.
