Cancel any subscription first
Brainly says deleting an account does not cancel subscription payments, so cancel the subscription before you request deletion.

Log in on Brainly.com
Use the website, not the app. Brainly says the request must be submitted from Brainly Web.

Open Edit Profile
Click your avatar in the top right corner and select Edit Profile.

Go to Preferences
Open the Preferences tab.

Tick the delete box
Click the box labeled "I want to delete my account".

Confirm your password
Enter your password. The request is then sent for the account to be deleted.
Watch out for
- You can't submit the request from the app. Use Brainly.com in a browser.
- Deleting your account does not cancel a paid subscription. Cancel it first.
- Brainly says that due to GDPR regulations it can't restore a deleted account. To rejoin, you create a new one.
