Product & Business Development Lead — Founder’s Office
You will help decide what we should pursue, what needs to happen next and how to get it done.
Anon AI Labs, the company behind Serus. Location: San Francisco preferred. Exceptional candidates elsewhere considered.
Former founders strongly encouraged to apply.
About us
Anon AI Labs builds Serus, a personal AI product for privacy, intelligence and protection.
We already have a live product, paying consumers and business customers. We’re developing a next-generation personal agent, expanding our intelligence capabilities and building our business offering.
We’re hiring someone to work directly with the CEO and help turn these opportunities into products people love and a larger business.
The role
This role combines hands-on product work with business development and company building. One week, you might work with engineers to improve an agent workflow. Another, you might investigate a customer segment, develop a partnership or take ownership of a project that needs someone to drive it through.
You should be comfortable moving between customer conversations, product decisions and commercial execution. You’ll need strong judgment about where to spend time, how to test an opportunity and when to change direction.
We’re especially interested in former founders who understand the responsibility of building a company and want substantial ownership in an ambitious team.
What you’ll do
- Work with the CEO to translate company goals into clear priorities and concrete projects.
- Evaluate opportunities across our consumer product, AI agent and business offering.
- Own important initiatives from the initial idea through launch and commercial follow-through.
- Spend time with customers and use their needs to shape product decisions.
- Test the product yourself and work with design and engineering to improve the experience.
- Develop partnerships, customer relationships and new routes to market.
- Assess the product work, resources and commercial potential behind an opportunity.
- Keep projects moving by resolving unclear ownership, dependencies and outstanding decisions.
- Track outcomes and help the team decide what to expand, improve or stop.
What we’re looking for
- Experience building a company, launching a product or owning a substantial business initiative.
- Strong product instincts and genuine interest in how customers experience software.
- Commercial ability: you can identify an opportunity, start a conversation and move it toward an agreement.
- The ability to turn a loosely defined problem into a practical plan and execute it.
- Enough technical understanding to work effectively with engineers and reason about AI products.
- Independence, clear communication and good judgment under uncertainty.
- A willingness to get deeply involved in the details of work you own.
- Former founders are particularly welcome. We’re interested in what you built, the decisions you made and what you learned.
What success looks like
The company makes clearer decisions and delivers important projects faster. Customer feedback produces better products. Promising opportunities become concrete commercial results.
You become someone the CEO can trust to take ownership of a difficult problem and carry it through.
